1. Operator

Buenovia Intelligence (the "tool") is operated by BUENOVIA MARKETING LTDA, Brazil ("Buenovia", "we"). Contact: calebedigitalmarketing@gmail.com.

2. Purpose

Buenovia Intelligence is an internal tool of Buenovia. It reads Google Ads data through the official Google Ads API, in read-only mode, to produce analysis, reports, alerts and decision support for Google Ads accounts that Buenovia is authorised to manage. It does not change Google Ads accounts.

3. Authorised use

• The tool is for internal use only and is not offered to the public. Only authorised Buenovia personnel may use it.
• It may be connected only to Google Ads accounts whose owners have given Buenovia access to manage them.
• Access credentials must be kept confidential. Attempts to access the tool without authorisation, to bypass its security or to use it for any other purpose are not allowed.
• Use of the Google Ads API through the tool is also subject to Google's own terms and policies.

4. Limitations

• Google Ads remains read-only through the tool: it does not create, edit, pause or remove anything in a Google Ads account. Every change to an account is decided and made by a person, outside the tool.
• Reports depend on the data returned by the Google Ads API and may be delayed, incomplete or later revised by Google.
• Analyses and recommendations support human decisions. Buenovia does not promise any commercial result, such as more leads, more sales, lower costs or a specific return on advertising spend.
• The tool may be unavailable during maintenance or because of failures of third-party services.

5. Responsibility

Buenovia operates the tool with reasonable care and handles Google user data as described in the Privacy Policy. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Buenovia is not responsible for decisions taken on the basis of the reports, or for losses caused by unavailability of the Google Ads API or other third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Ending access

• An account owner can revoke the tool's access at any time in their Google Account (myaccount.google.com/permissions) or by writing to calebedigitalmarketing@gmail.com.
• Buenovia may suspend or end the tool, or the connection of any account, at any time, for example when it no longer manages that account.
• After access ends, stored data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data protection rules that apply to you.
