Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Buenovia Intelligence (the "tool") is operated by BUENOVIA MARKETING LTDA, Brazil ("Buenovia", "we"). Buenovia is responsible for the data described in this policy. Contact: calebedigitalmarketing@gmail.com.
2. What the tool is
An internal, read-only analysis and reporting tool used by Buenovia for the Google Ads accounts it is authorised to manage on behalf of its clients. It is not a public software service: it is not offered to the public, there is no sign-up, and only authorised Buenovia personnel use it.
3. Google data we access
After a Google account authorises the tool with Google OAuth (scope
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords), the tool reads, through the official Google Ads API in
read-only mode, only data of the Google Ads accounts that Buenovia is authorised to manage:
- account details: account name, currency, time zone and manager/client links;
- campaign, ad group, keyword, ad, audience and location settings, budgets and bidding settings;
- aggregated performance reports: impressions, clicks, cost, conversions and conversion value, including aggregated search-term, demographic and geographic reports;
- conversion action definitions, Google's recommendations and simulations for the account;
- change history (when a change happened, what kind of change and on which item).
Google Ads reports are aggregated and do not identify individual people who saw or clicked an ad. The change history from Google may include the e-mail address of the user who made a change; the tool discards it immediately and never stores it.
The tool does not access Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, payment details or any Google product other than Google Ads.
4. Why we use it
Only for Buenovia's internal analysis, reporting and decision intelligence: performance and budget monitoring, reports, alerts and recommendations for the Google Ads accounts that Buenovia is authorised to manage. The Google Ads API is used in read-only mode: the tool never changes Google Ads accounts, and write operations are blocked inside the software.
5. How we store it
Data is stored in a private database on infrastructure controlled by Buenovia: a private virtual server located in the United Kingdom. The database is not reachable from the internet. Encrypted backups are kept on the same server and as encrypted offline copies controlled by Buenovia.
OAuth credentials (tokens) are stored as protected server secrets, separate from the database, and are used only by the tool to call the Google Ads API.
6. How we protect it
- All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS.
- Access to the tool is limited to authorised Buenovia personnel and requires authentication.
- Backups are encrypted before they leave the database.
- The software only allows read operations against the Google Ads API.
- Servers are kept updated and protected by a firewall and key-based administrative access.
7. How long we keep it
- Main database: we keep Google Ads data while Buenovia manages the account. Where applicable, after a deletion request or after the management of the account ends, the data is deleted from the main database within 30 days.
- Encrypted backups: copies may remain in the encrypted backup rotation for up to 6 months, after which they are deleted automatically.
8. Sharing
We do not sell Google user data. We do not share it with third parties, use it for advertising, or use it to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models. People at Buenovia read it only to manage the client's account, for security, or to comply with the law. The data may be disclosed only if required by law. The company that provides the server hardware hosts the data but does not use it.
9. Google API Services User Data Policy
Buenovia Intelligence's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
10. Revoking access and deleting data
- You can remove the tool's access at any time in your Google Account: myaccount.google.com/permissions. After that, the tool can no longer read your Google Ads data.
- To ask for a copy or the deletion of the stored data, write to calebedigitalmarketing@gmail.com from the e-mail address linked to the Google Ads account, or from the account owner's usual contact address, naming the account. We reply within 30 days, delete the data from the main database within 30 days, and the remaining encrypted backup copies are deleted automatically within 6 months, as described in section 7.
11. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
